NON-WARRANTY REPAIR INFORMATION

How often should I service my SPARE AIR? SPARE AIR is recommended to be serviced annually and hydrostatically tested every five years.
Can I purchase parts and service the unit myself? No, for safety reasons, you need to have your SPARE AIR professionally serviced by your local Dive shop or SSI.

How long does it take to service a unit if I send it to you? Between five to seven working days upon receiving it.
What information do I need to include when sending in my unit for repair? Include your name, phone number, address, service requested and form of payment, click here for a downloadable Repair Maintenance Form you can fill out and send in with your unit.
How much will it cost to have my unit serviced by SSI and what does the service include? Service includes overhaul of regulator, replacement of worn parts and VIP of cylinder and includes upgrading models with a flip valve or knob to always on check valve. (Prices listed below.)
